Time flies and other pests

Chardin
Pierre Teilhard de Chardin

My reading lately has me wondering how in earlier years I could be immunized from absorbing the intelligence I was exposed to. A friend in college, Chuck, was deeply into the work of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin (1881-1955), a Jesuit priest. Consequently, I know the name. Nothing more. Just the name.

I did not know, or even want to know more about the man. My college friend was, by use of reason, trying to come to grips with the problem of abortion. I wanted nothing of that, as I knew without thinking that abortion was wrong, a horrid evil.

I was Catholic at that time, and de Chardin had been censored by the church, his writings only made public posthumously. Don’t get me wrong – I am yet to read him, only of him.  I may not get to him at all. And this post is not about abortion. Some apparent evils have to be endured in our lives, maybe abhorrent, but … necessary? I don’t have the answer.

Where de Chardin comes in is his idea that human beings are on the cutting edge of evolution. Two questions emerge with that thought: What is evolution, and why are we here?

I was discussing “climate change,” aka, “warming,” with a person not long ago, and was told that I was naturally wrong to suggest that it is not happening, and further, this person said, that if he had the energy, he would simply do some Internet browsing and bring to me the necessary proof that it is real. I was incensed, not that it isn’t an open question, but rather that it can be approached in such a cavalier manner – just go find an effing expert. That’s all it takes!

What is warming? What is the human role in it even if we have a role? It would be the planet responding to us and our activities. It is nature, and we are part of nature. We are then “evolving” into a warmer, more habitable place. That would be a good thing. Sit back, relax, enjoy some Canadian wine!

If that is even what is happening. I tend to think that our planet can at any time turn for or against us, as it carries us like fleas. More importantly, I find the idea of evolution, at least of one species becoming another, untenable. There is no evidence to that effect. There is only evidence of species change within themselves, as in wolves becoming our pets. Wolves do not, however, become cats. That is all that Darwin discovered.

What then is the alternative to the theory of evolution? Some will say that if not A, then B, creationism. I have another “B” in mind: We do not know. Why is it so hard not to know things? With “Darwinian evolution” given as the answer, we don’t even have the right questions in mind, and will never get to the bottom of this thing: Why are we here?

We are intelligent (yes, I have been to Wal-Mart, but set that aside). We are self-aware. We, as a species, have come a very long way just in my 68 years. Our lives are so much easier, we have so much more wealth and have made this planet into a place that supports many more of us. Is that all for nothing?

Again, the answer is not readily apparent. I am comfortable not knowing the answer. I am only suspicious that it is not for nothing, but rather for some reason, that we exist. The universe is beyond comprehension, and will not end. Time is a forward* arrow, not and not a dimension that disappears with the speed of light. Progress is a real thing, not a myth. We humans have qualities that cannot be defined by matter: love and compassion, curiosity and intelligence. We are manipulated by hidden forces to believe that we are a hateful species, randomly killing one another for no good reason.  We are kept in a state of fear to prevent us from moving forward into a Golden Age. We are told by scientists that it is all for naught anyway, as the universe will crunch in the end, and that all of us everywhere will cease to exist.

But we are capable of living in a Golden Age. We are closer now than yesterday if only because a few of us, and then a few more, are coming to realize that these unseen powers can be ignored.

Yes, I am aware that if I keep going in this direction, this blog is going to get pretty damned boring. But relax, I still have an eye out for members of the Matt Damon Batch.

*Time flies like an arrow. Fruit flies like a banana.”

Postscript: Interesting comments down below, some focused on de Chardin being a Jesuit, which is a group of priests subjected to a Masonic-like oath that reads like a cult of serial killers. I cannot fathom such blind obedience, but recall Christopher Hitchens saying of Christianity (paraphrase) that he could not belong to a group of people who proudly decsribed themselves as sheep.

That is a whole ‘nuther garden for cultivation. On the outside of these oath-bound groups we can only speculate about motivation. I was a Catholic for my first 38 years of existence, and the younger brother of a priest who was probably oath-bound. When I quit the Church I was reviled within my own family. My dad was appalled, even refusing to attend my second wedding to my current wife. In his view I was to stay in a state of Catholic-bound misery married to a wench. The only support that I got, the only person who realized I was exercising free will and breaking free, was my brother the priest. He gracefully accepted my decision as that of a free human.

So please pardon my faux pas. I said that many Catholics have benefited greatly in Jesuit schools, learning with more rigor and being better educated as a result. It is not perfect, students are not taught to be free thinkers. But I refuse to condemn the whole of any Masonic undertaking of any kind as lacking in morals. I do not understand Masonic structure, but just because I do not know what they are doing does not mean that it can be brushed off as evil. It is not that simple. More about this some other day.

  1. The laws of nature are indifferent to what we think, or what we pretend to be. We simply are part of all of existence, whether we ever come to our senses and accept our proper place, or not. We are not god(s).

The “I Am Movement” created in the 1930s by Guy and Edna Ballard, and later adopted in part by the CUT (Church Universal and Triumphant) located in Gardiner, MT, had an interesting run, and perhaps could have made real progress if it hadn’t been for the need for group leaders and followers to sit and listen to “decrees” alleging all sorts messages and direct, magical connections to the Creator.

IMO, “I am” is sufficient. Place a period following “am,” which should cover most of our unneeded fear and worry about things we can never know for sure. Love thy neighbor, and ambiguity. That should just about cover it.

  2. Kind of heading into humanist territory here a little mark. I believe this “golden age” is certainly a goal of those in power, but for me, its hard to ignore the level of ignorance I encounter on a daily basis. The term “golden age” is a euphemism for the NWO so its a little weird that you would use that terminology. In a lot of ways the psy op is that we are progressing, which is true in some ways, but culturally in the west, we have gone backwards in so many ways that even as an 80s child I long for the good ol days.

I do agree that we are given a dialectic in regards to evolution vs intelligent design as usual, but I think it’s important to make the distinction between what intelligent design is before grasping at the straw man that evolutionists would have you believe. for starters, ken ham, is a major proponent of intelligent design . I believe he is also a mason. There are many more such examples of controlled opposition making ridiculous arguments and blackwashing the whole debate. The name “”ham” is a flag for starters. so there is a lot of muddying the waters going on. IMO darwinism is easily refuted and has been from an evidentiary stand point so I won’t rehash the debate at this time. Main point is that intelligent design has never been properly represented and IMO, will never be at least in the media and world of academia. r

A lot of folks think that by believing in intelligent design you appeal to ignorance in some way. Its equated with belief in magic or something. Admittedly, I do believe that certain forms of “witchcraft and sorcery” meddle with things on a physical level but I digress. My own take is that we are intelligent life created with a purpose and that we are certainly “special”.

Time exists because it has a beginning and an end. The more important of the two being an end. Im not some end time nutter or anything, but I do believe we are at the end of some sort of cycle and that time is fractal in a lot of ways and things keep repeating on various levels. Im not sure what im looking for exactly but I have my eyes open and paying attention and I think all of this is going somewhere. Its certainly an interesting time to be alive.

I guess I think its important to bear in mind what the “end game” is with all of this conspiracy stuff and how this ties into the bigger picture of things. certainly all of this false flagging, hoaxing, and mass manipulating has a point beyond making money and consolidating power. the mainstream is being pushed into a “materialism only” paradigm in regards to an agenda. To me that is very telling.

    1. Those are good thoughts, all in need of thoughtful consideration. I am a person who thinks with his fingers, that is, my thoughts roll out before my eyes. To have them received on your end as “intelligent design” is a surprise. That would put in place a plan, a known future, and I don’t imagine that if we are indeed free human beings that such a thing exists. I only suggested that there is not necessarily any end in sight, nor a need to be pessimistic. It is possible that order comes out of chaos, that the universe will not end, and that things will get better.

We are in the beginning of a technological revolution we call the Internet, and the unanticipated changes I see around us are impressive, both positive and negative. It is chaotic, everyone grasping for control. Down low here, on the bottom, we’ve been able to hook up with like-minded people in a way unimaginable even twenty years ago. There is order emerging with the strong hand of the controllers working feverishly behind the scenes … Pandora’s Box from their viewpoint.

Anyway, this place, this blog, is a refuge for me, and when I venture out into the Wal-Mart world I get very discouraged. Keep posting your thoughts here for us.

I am not so much a pessimist as a realist. I think things are pretty bleak but I don’t let it get me down. I don’t focus only on the negative or spend a lot of time worrying, Im a pretty cheerful person. I just see something bad happening in a big way that I can’t quite put my finger on I guess. gonna figure it out one day.

  3. That author is a Jesuit priest. Have any of you read the Jesuit Oath? It shares the same penalty that the Masonic Oath carries. Pain upon death never to betray the brotherhood. Why such extreme measures when they proclaim to be good doers of mankind? Study the blatant symbology used in the Vatican. Signaling? WHO? No they are confessing who is their Supreme Being is.

    1. Catholics who benefit from exposure to Jesuits are far better educated than most ordinary people. Keep that in mind, that these oaths and secret societies are not necessarily evil at their core. It is a mixed bag.

      1. May I post the Jesuit Oath here in its entirety? This author above^^ was said to be a ‘Catholic Darwin’. And did he in fact coin the term ‘TRANSHUMAN’?

        1. In all instances, swearing of oaths is forbidden in scripture, and in opposition to Creator’s supreme law(s) of nature. No exceptions. That (separating man from reality) is the purpose of oaths, no?

The link mentions that Groucho Marx made the comment.
“time flies like an arrow = time (n.) flies (vb.) like (adj.) an (art.) arrow (n.) = time passes in the manner of an arrow.”

“fruit flies like a banana = fruit (n.) flies (n.) like (vb.) a (art.) banana (n.) = the insects known as ‘fruit flies’ have a penchant for banana”

He also said “I intend to live forever, or die trying.”

My oldest brother was a huge Marx Brothers fan. He passed on Jan 3rd. RIP!

    1. I had that quote down as Groucho, but when I followed up on it it was more like “attributed” to him, just as the Mark Twain quote at the top if this blog is a gem of wisdom that was attached to him. Perhaps he said it, perhaps not, maybe he just repeated it.

  5. Post away, Motor. I aam very interested.

Steve, I was once a member of the Knights of Columbus, and as usually happens with CPA’s I was soon treasurer and doing a very complicated tax return. So I quit. But the reason for KofC, I was told, was because Catholics were not allowed to be Masons and swear oaths. KofC allowed no secrets, though I was told by a friend of my ex-father-in-law that if I were to appear at the lodge (bar) with a woman not my wife, no member would speak of it.

All of that is by the books now, as Catholics are allowed to be Masons after it was discovered that so many if them in high office were anyway. This is from memory from years ago.

  6. The Extreme Oath of the Jesuits

“I, ……….., now, in the presence of Almighty God, the Blessed Virgin Mary, the blessed Michael the Archangel, the blessed St. John the Baptist, the holy Apostles St. Peter and St. Paul and all the saints and sacred hosts of heaven, and to you, my ghostly father, the Superior General of the Society of Jesus, founded by St. Ignatius Loyola in the Pontificate of Paul the Third, and continued to the present, do by the womb of the virgin, the matrix of God, and the rod of Jesus Christ, declare and swear, that his holiness the Pope is Christ’s Vice-regent and is the true and only head of the Catholic or Universal Church throughout the earth; and that by virtue of the keys of binding and loosing, given to his Holiness by my Savior, Jesus Christ, he hath power to depose heretical kings, princes, states, commonwealths and governments, all being illegal without his sacred confirmation and that they may safely be destroyed.”

“Therefore, to the utmost of my power I shall and will defend this doctrine of his Holiness’ right and custom against all usurpers of the heretical or Protestant authority whatever, especially the Lutheran of Germany, Holland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and the now pretended authority and churches of England and Scotland, and branches of the same now established in Ireland and on the Continent of America and elsewhere; and all adherents in regard that they be usurped and heretical, opposing the sacred Mother Church of Rome. I do now renounce and disown any allegiance as due to any heretical king, prince or state named Protestants or Liberals, or obedience to any of the laws, magistrates or officers.”

“I do further declare that the doctrine of the churches of England and Scotland, of the Calvinists, Huguenots and others of the name Protestants or Liberals to be damnable and they themselves damned who will not forsake the same.”

“I do further declare, that I will help, assist, and advise all or any of his Holiness’ agents in any place wherever I shall be, in Switzerland, Germany, Holland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, England, Ireland or America, or in any other Kingdom or territory I shall come to, and do my uttermost to extirpate the heretical Protestants or Liberals’ doctrines and to destroy all their pretended powers, legal or otherwise.”

“I do further promise and declare, that notwithstanding I am dispensed with, to assume my religion heretical, for the propaganda of the Mother Church’s interest, to keep secret and private all her agents’ counsels from time to time, as they may entrust me and not to divulge, directly or indirectly, by word, writing or circumstance whatever; but to execute all that shall be proposed, given in charge or discovered unto me, by you, my ghostly father, or any of this sacred covenant.”

“I do further promise and declare, that I will have no opinion or will of my own, or any mental reservation whatever, even as a corpse or cadaver (perinde ac cadaver), but will unhesitatingly obey each and every command that I may receive from my superiors in the Militia of the Pope and of Jesus Christ.”

“That I may go to any part of the world withersoever I may be sent, to the frozen regions of the North, the burning sands of the desert of Africa, or the jungles of India, to the centers of civilization of Europe, or to the wild haunts of the barbarous savages of America, without murmuring or repining, and will be submissive in all things whatsoever communicated to me.”

“I furthermore promise and declare that I will, when opportunity presents, make and wage relentless war, secretly or openly, against all heretics, Protestants and Liberals, as I am directed to do, to extirpate and exterminate them from the face of the whole earth; and that I will spare neither age, sex or condition; and that I will hang, waste, boil, flay, strangle and bury alive these infamous heretics, rip up the stomachs and wombs of their women and crush their infants’ heads against the walls, in order to annihilate forever their execrable race. That when the same cannot be done openly, I will secretly use the poisoned cup, the strangulating cord, the steel of the poniard or the leaden bullet, regardless of the honor, rank, dignity, or authority of the person or persons, whatever may be their condition in life, either public or private, as I at any time may be directed so to do by any agent of the Pope or Superior of the Brotherhood of the Holy Faith, of the Society of Jesus.”

“In confirmation of which, I hereby dedicate my life, my soul and all my corporal powers, and with this dagger which I now receive, I will subscribe my name written in my own blood, in testimony thereof; and should I prove false or weaken in my determination, may my brethren and fellow soldiers of the Militia of the Pope cut off my hands and my feet, and my throat from ear to ear, my belly opened and sulphur burned therein, with all the punishment that can be inflicted upon me on earth and my soul be tortured by demons in an eternal hell forever!”

“All of which, I, ………., do swear by the Blessed Trinity and blessed Sacraments, which I am now to receive, to perform and on my part to keep inviolable; and do call all the heavenly and glorious host of heaven to witness the blessed Sacrament of the Eucharist, and witness the same further with my name written and with the point of this dagger dipped in my own blood and sealed in the face of this holy covenant.”

(He receives the wafer from the Superior and writes his name with the point of his dagger dipped in his own blood taken from over his heart.)

    Superior:

“You will now rise to your feet and I will instruct you in the Catechism necessary to make yourself known to any member of the Society of Jesus belonging to this rank.”

“In the first place, you, as a Brother Jesuit, will with another mutually make the ordinary sign of the cross as any ordinary Roman Catholic would; then one cross his wrists, the palms of his hands open, and the other in answer crosses his feet, one above the other; the first points with forefinger of the right hand to the center of the palm of the left, the other with the forefinger of the left hand points to the center of the palm of the right; the first then with his right hand makes a circle around his head, touching it; the other then with the forefinger of his left hand touches the left side of his body just below his heart; the first then with his right hand draws it across the throat of the other, and the latter then with a dagger down the stomach and abdomen of the first. The first then says Iustum; and the other answers Necar; the first Reges. The other answers Impious.” (The meaning of which has already been explained.) “The first will then present a small piece of paper folded in a peculiar manner, four times, which the other will cut longitudinally and on opening the name Jesu will be found written upon the head and arms of a cross three times. You will then give and receive with him the following questions and answers:-”

Question:- From whither do you come?

    Answer:- The Holy faith.

    Q.:- Whom do you serve?

A.:- The Holy Father at Rome, the Pope, and the Roman Catholic Church Universal throughout the world.

    Q.:- Who commands you?

A.:- The Successor of St. Ignatius Loyola, the founder of the Society of Jesus or the Soldiers of Jesus Christ.

    Q.:- Who received you?

A.:- A venerable man in white hair.

    Q.:- How?

A.:- With a naked dagger, I kneeling upon the cross beneath the banners of the Pope and of our sacred order.

Q.:- Did you take an oath?

A.:- I did, to destroy heretics and their governments and rulers, and to spare neither age, sex nor condition. To be as a corpse without any opinion or will of my own, but to implicitly obey my Superiors in all things without hesitation of murmuring.

    Q.:- Will you do that?

    A.:- I will.

    Q.:- How do you travel?

A.:- In the bark of Peter the fisherman.

    Q.:- Whither do you travel?

A.:- To the four quarters of the globe.

    Q.:- For what purpose?

A.:- To obey the orders of my general and Superiors and execute the will of the Pope and faithfully fulfill the conditions of my oaths.

Q.:- Go ye, then, into all the world and take possession of all lands in the name of the Pope. He who will not accept him as the Vicar of Jesus and his Vice-regent on earth, let him be accursed and exterminated.”

  7. Speaking of Jesuits, has anyone heard of Salvador Freixedo? After 30 years of service, he was expelled from the order due to his political activities and writings which were critical of both church and state in Latin America. He then became a ufologist and paranormal expert, writing many books. His main thesis is that our planet is controlled by advanced beings who treat us as we treat lower animals: some are food, some pets, some roadkill, others not even noticed. Mark’s thoughts on TPTB jogged my memory of this. Regrettably, Freixedos work has not been translated into English, except for the odd pdf or internet article. There’s also an entry on him at Wikipedia.

Rosary beads to keep track of the number of times a single prayer is repeated. This is submission to a manmade cult, based on Luciferian teachings. Heretic? No I am a free & critical thinker who has spent years looking into these controllers used by the PTB.

  9. “I have learnt most of all from the Jesuit Order. So far, there has been nothing more imposing on earth than the hierarchical organization of the Catholic Church. A good part of that organization I have transported direct to my own party. The Catholic Church must be held up as an example. I will tell you a secret. I am founding an order. In Himmler (who would become head of the Nazi party) I see our Ignatius de Loyola (Jesuit founder).”
    Adolf Hitler

“The Jesuits are a MILITARY organization, not a religious order. Their chief is a general of an army, not the mere father abbot of a monastery. And the aim of this organization is power – power in its most despotic exercise – absolute power, universal power, power to control the world by the volition of a single man. Jesuitism is the most absolute of despotisms – and at the same time the greatest and most enormous of abuses.”
Napoleon I (i.e., Napoleon Bonaparte; 1769-1821; emperor of the French)

“It is my opinion that if the liberties of this country – the United States of America – are destroyed, it will be by the subtlety of the Roman Catholic Jesuit priests, for they are the most crafty, dangerous enemies to civil and religious liberty. They have instigated MOST of the wars of Europe.”
Marquis de LaFayette (1757-1834; French statesman and general. He served in the American Continental Army under the command of General George Washington during the American Revolutionary War.)

“Alas, I knew they [i.e., the Jesuits] would poison me; but I did not expect to die in so slow and cruel a manner.” (1774)
Pope Clement XIV (Who had “forever” abolished the Jesuit Order in 1773)

Anyway, I have known many priests and ministers, never felt threatened by one. Catholic nuns … another story. Vicious broads.

    1. I think they do reveal things to and we are leaning more and more the last decade especially. Crowley was kind of reprimanded for revealing too much in his writings about sex magick and things like that. Also Orwell didn’t release his book 1984 until Crowley had passed. they were both members of the masonic OTO. I think that they like to reveal things with a wink wink because of their psychopathy. They seem like a proud bunch.

truth in plan sight and all. seems like more and more revelations are coming to light. part of that is the ‘externalization of the hierarchy’ aspect, but some of it is just plain arrogance. I guess, what are we gonna do anyway?
