Mark, I have a topic request, if you or any of the blog authors would consider addressing it – to wit, I’d like to see a post/ discussion about your views of what the US – and other countries around the world – may look like five, ten, and twenty years down the line.

Especially I’d like to read your take on Ab’s and MM’s projections, insofar as they’ve sketched them out. Ab has laid out a thumbnail sketch in many recent audios. I think you’ve said you listen while puttering around the workshop so maybe you’re familiar? In a nutshell – Ab sees the US and Canada as destined to be turned into resource colonies for a voracious China, their populations abandoned to the vicissitudes of some flavor of technocratic communism, herded into city centers, and so on (I’m sure he’d tell you himself if you’ve missed his comment on this.)

Miles, meanwhile, has outlined a ramping up of the current pseudo-liberal craziness, followed by a planned “conservative” backlash designed to generate support for a return of Trump (or other front man) to spearhead a more robust totalitarian police state (further details of what he’s projected escape me at the moment, or have not been forthcoming.)

Of course, I’d also be interested in what many of the commenters here have to say about their projections for future conditions – hopefully such a post would spark that discussion.

I’d ask that the post (and discussion) especially might address projected outcomes in the US, and other Western or “developed” nations, vs the “global south” or “developing nations” such as South America, Africa, etc. Western Europe vs Eastern Europe. And so on.

Personally, I find myself very persuaded by Ab’s thumbnail – although, it is very thumbnail – and, while it may be based on WHO or WEF projections, I’m sure their projections of fifty or seventy years ago didn’t always go exactly according to plan, or at least not quite according to timeline (as given out by their oracles at the time.) “There’s oft many any a slip between the lip and the cup.” Miles’ more limited and short-term projection also seems plausible, and compatible with Ab’s projection broadly speaking.

(While I’m making requests, I’d throw this out to Ab as well if he happens to be reading – maybe this would make a good topic for a roundtable discussion on Fakeologist, if he could gather some of the best voices there and get them to opine.)

I leave this open to others, as my predictions of the future have never been right, except for one that I can recall. When I lived in Billings, Montana, the local school district was intent on shutting down a grade school in the poorest section of town, the largely Hispanic/Mexican/Native South Side. Local residents were furious. Their kids would have to be bused or driven to other locations, whereas where they were they could just walk.

There was a group of defenders for the school, named Garfield Elementary, and I suggested to their leader, Joan Hurdle, now deceased, that when the School Board came for the school, they were going to claim that the building was decrepit, even dangerous. I suggested they retain a structural engineer to examine the building. They did so, and the building was found to be in excellent shape, sturdy and well built.

Losing on the building-decrepit element, the School Board simply voted to shut the school down, structural integrity not an issue. End of story. I did not see THAT coming.

I do not know which particular MM articles or Ab episodes TimR is referring to, but no doubt he will chime in and enlighten us. For myself, I am knee-deep in three projects and so cannot participate. This is appropriate anyway, since I do not know the future.

  1. I’m no clairvoyant but I see a much more hopeful future than most. I think that for some unknown reason the PTB have had to move much more quickly and clumsily than they actually intended to and the timing is all wrong. People are now seeing through the corruption and respect for authoritarian institutions is at an all time low. The PTB are now completely out of touch with the general populace and their over confidence is bringing them down.
Their divide and conquer tactics are also failing. People are actually pulling together like never before as witnessed by the bottom up anti vax / lockdown protests where all colours , creeds and ages are walking together as one . We are getting wise to their divisive top down paid for demonstrations .The tipping point is near.
The PTB have committed a huge blunder with the Covid virus nonsense and allopathic medicine is being questioned like never before. All those billions that Big Pharma make are in danger of disappearing down the drain.
I actually see a bright new and healthier future . It will be bad for a bit but a new light WILL eventually shine .

      “The Nuremberg Code
1.The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.

This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment.”

National laws are obviously useless. Will the New World Order/4th Industrial Revolution keep, or trash, the Nuremberg Code? Will “emergency” ever be rescinded?

  2. At least we are now talking 20-30 years out instead of the “next year” speculations.

What about this quote from one of POM’s most popular poets:
“The future is uncertain and the end is ALWAYS near.” As in tomorrow, next week, next month near.

Leonard Cohen seems to have correctly predicted the future:

That is the world we live in. A deadly “virus” exists because they say it exists. No more discussion is required.

This “pandemic” has been a global success beyond all measure.

So much so they don’t care about the optimistic 15% or so who are awake. Real figure is probably around 7%, but again let’s remain optimistic.

This pandemic has become such a wet dream come true they are already planning a follow-on “pandemic”:

Matt from Quantum of Conscious lays it all out regarding Global Government. The 8 weeks or so it took to lock down the entire Earth is proof positive the notion of sovereign nation states itself is fraudulent. Its about as fraudulent as say Utah going to war against Colorado. There is a superstructure in place which makes the decisions, not ” the people”.

A Real Estate gent I listen to on occasion (knowyourenemy.com) is telling people foreign governments are buying RE sight unseen. He goes on to say the homes are for future occupancy of the Chinese. I can’t comment beyond that because it sounds crazy. I agree. But as past 14 months clearly demonstrate, we live in a crazy world.

    1. In NSW Australia, there is clear evidence of over-development, i.e. residential developments gone mad, quite obviously excessive for the perceived ‘future needs’ of the community within the state. So, one is prone to wondering … why the excessive development, who will occupy the vacant dwellings?

        1. AH’s dictum is directly inverse to modern urban development, i.e. multi-storey high-rise, future slums … this doesn’t quite accord with; room to l-i-v-e (happily). However, it does lend itself to keeping the labour-pool close to points of need, for big-biz.

Those 1.6 Billion Chicoms need to stretch their legs and stretch their wings! If the world is going Communist, surely we need to spread the Chicoms globally!

Social credit, facial recognition everywhere…tow the Party Line. One can say China is the trial for Global Communism, much like AIDS was the trial for Covid. Surely they tried Communism elsewhere, but one can say they literally perfected it in China.

          1. Communism, per say, has NEVER been perfected anywhere. Nor incidentally has Democracy been ‘perfected’ anywhere. Of course you have the illusions of both, which suits the power-hungry class very nicely, thank you very much.
The ideological constructs are great ideas, primarily used as instruments to polarise and fracture rational thought and create foundations for ideological divisions. They’re only words, or labels even – which are fractious.
Perhaps, if you can show me a genuine Communist government, I’ll show you a product of production-line education … the same applies to ‘democracy’ … it doesn’t exist, even though we’re informed (more like bombarded) on a continual basis by our sycophantic pollies, how wonderful it is that we should be so grateful that we have ‘such a robust democracy”, yadah! Yadah! Yadah! Look at your governmental leaders and decide if they are truly representative of the ‘best’ people who should be in charge of the government of your country? In my country, we have a pig-headed moron, placed in the leadership role, by his political PARTY, who are only there by the will of News Limited and Big Business.

  4. Thanks, Mark, for posting this and to everyone for your comments.

I’m not able to link to MM or Ab – in both cases, the topic has come up at random in various recent papers and audio, a paragraph here, a few minutes there.

    1. Seems to me from what I see from you and others that Canada is draconian in lockdowns and loss of civil liberties. Here in Colorado it is weird, with everything seemingly self-imposed, the true nature of the beast. I walk around without a mask, have avoided PCR and won’t vax. Am I delusional?

      1. They seem to be giving the US a slight respite… Maybe part of the long-term techniques of propaganda, you have to ease off on the gas at times. But they are laying plenty of groundwork for “variants” and future schemes. One bigshot world-famous vax expert, is a critic of the covid vaccine — on the grounds that, it will backfire and cause a worse form of evolved covid, down the road. (I think his interview on that Children’s Vaccine Defense Network was linked here once.)

  6. The following television series appears to be predictive programming. There are curious and disturbing similarities between the YouTube clip below and the COVID-19 scamdemic script we’re living through. How much truth is being revealed?

“Utopia is an American science fiction drama television series adapted by Gillian Flynn from the 2013 British original series of the same name. It was released on September 25, 2020, on the Prime Video streaming service.”

“Gillian Schieber Flynn (born February 24, 1971) is an American writer. Flynn has published three novels, Sharp Objects, Dark Places, and Gone Girl, all three of which have been adapted for film or television. Flynn wrote the adaptations for the 2014 Gone Girl film and the HBO limited series Sharp Objects. She was formerly a television critic for Entertainment Weekly.”

“In November 2020, the series was canceled after one season of eight episodes. The British show had two seasons, for a total of 12 episodes.”

    Premise:

“A group of young adults and a boy get hold of Utopia, a cult underground comic book, which not only pins them as the target of a shadowy organization, but also burdens them with the dangerous task of saving the world. The titular comic is the conclusion of Dystopia, of which the group members are fans and believe it to contain clairvoyant information about diseases that have already struck the world.”

“In June 2018, it was announced the series would start filming by the fourth quarter of 2018. On October 17, 2019, the creator of the show, Gillian Flynn, announced that the series’ filming was completed.” – Wikipedia

The original release date for all eight episodes of the only season was September 25, 2020.

  8. this new “Utopia” is based on a British series and just modified for Corona purposes. There is no predictive programming in it just some misleading IMO. It’s wasting of time. the original British series made much more sense and was fun.
While the entire world seems to open again, at least that is what I hear, Europe is still very coronized. Especially Germany. If you stay at home, do the usual, grocery, some walking, etc. you won’t noticed much. In cities like Berlin police changed into thugs beating old women protesting against measures, etc. I think it’s scripted but i doesn’t really matter. The purpose seems to be to make everything as bad as possible so when the time comes and somebody offers the end of Corona people will welcome that and not question who that is and what’s the price for getting their lives back. And the price will be a big system change in Europe. States will lose the remains of their sovereignty, police and military will be delegated to Brussels, the law will be a roman law allowing civil death (legally speaking) and expropriation and everyone is looking up to Germans what will they do. I’m fascinated being a witness to big history changes. Other than that it’s pretty cold here, we expect first really warm spring days on coming weekend, life is good as a matter of fact.

  9. A neighbour and her daughter of my ma’s had the jab and have since put on approx. 20 pounds in the last month! Coincidence?
They were the Skinny Minnie types, always had an undernourished look like a model.
The conoravirus jab is potluck, Russian roulette, etc., any old vaccine
stock will do to contain the masses, come quietly to the camp…

I saw an old episode of Coronation Street from 1997 (a UK soap opera) recently, and one character said, ‘There’s a (cold) bug going ’round’, nowadays folk remark, ‘There’s a virus going ’round’.

  11. Thanks for all the comments everyone – I’m still reading, if anyone has further thoughts. I don’t always have anything to add, but will comment if I have anything useful to say.

Meanwhile, here’s a cartoon I drew – it actually IS a bit topical/ political, although very indirect and oblique.

Basically, the idea sprang from hearing people say that they’re not bothered by masks or other restrictions – that they could “live this way for the rest of their lives.”

It struck me as how a petulant child behaves, when sentenced to some punishment like being made to sit in the corner. When the time is up, he declares, why, he LIKES sitting in the corner! He’ll stay there BEYOND the time limit even. Just to assert that’s it’s his “choice,” his independent agency in the matter – not some submission to a tyrannical dictate.

Of course it’s complicated with the “health mandates,” because these are supposed to be “for your own good” in a different sense than a child’s punishment. But nevertheless.
