Me and Adolf share one thing, at least

I was born on April 20, 1950. It so happens that I share that birth date with Adolf Hitler. However, I doubt that is his real birthday. It just so happens that in a non-leap year, that day is the 110th of the year, or an expression of 11, a spook marker. I am thinking now I should also examine February 2, the 33rd day of the year, and of course March 11, an expression of 33 and the day the WHO declared the worldwide Covid pandemic. But for today, I will stick with April 20th. [Later insertion: March 3, maybe too obvious to use?] Given what we know about spook markers and fake events, I think it safe to say that any of the following events could be suspicious in nature. The only thing I am certain of is that I was born on that day. I have the paperwork to prove it … wait a minute, birth certificates can be forged. Never mind. I am a spook.

I left out all athletic events. It so happens that several major league baseball stadiums opened in that day, but the baseball season starts that time of year. Certain other events seemed real, such as a 2013 earthquake in China that killed 193 and injured 11,826 – those are not spooky numbers. [Later insertion: 11, 8 and 26 are 11 with two expressions of 8.] I would be curious, of course, if readers were to examine events on their own birthday, to learn if any other day in the year has as many suspicious occurrences. In the end, it could all be subjective thinking on my part, and the events could be natural and real.

You might say that I need to busy myself with more important affairs, and I would agree. I started out here with the idea that at age 71, I would list the major public hoaxes that have occurred in my lifetime. It seemed a tedious chore, and I got distracted. I may yet do that, as my feeling was that very little around us that qualifies as a public event is real.

Here is a partial list of events occurring on April 20th.

  1. Napoleon and Hitler were born 129 years apart and came into power 129 years apart. They also both declared war on Russia 129 years apart. Then there’s Lincoln/Kennedy (Not the ex-football player) etc.
What’s it all mean? History is staged ritual. Ritual is repetition. History repeats (or rhymes if you will)
“Recorded History” is the greatest psychological warfare weapon ever produced. And it’s easy to change. Also easy to muddy and obscure. There’s a rabbit trail for every taste and budget.
    Let’s play ‘Phoenicians Suck’:
They invent the alphabet. In my view, it’s to keep transactions clear. About 5 minutes later, Gene Wilder’s ancient ancestor, the original Leo Bloom (The Producers, not Joyce) realizes the books can be cooked. Tah-dah! Phoeny history!
    I thank you-

  2. I actually knew 3 people born on that same day, two women and one man, the man was called Stone, so some wags used to greet him with ‘Hail Stone’ and the Roman salute.
Then again, in the last place I worked I shared my own birthday with two other women, and one lad shared his with Donald Trump and another with Paul McCartney.
It’s not uncommon as one would think – sharing a birthday with someone (in)famous.

    1. In my case Romário and Orpah Robinson (commonly known as Oprah Winfrey) and my infamous birthday hoax, the Grandmother of Sandy Hook, nicely analysed by the Brits TomD27 & xfiles at Fakeologist:

      but more synchronistically:

I share my birthday with South African Jody Scheckter who in the year I was born became world champion Formula One.

explaining my passion for the sport, the first I watched, and ice hockey later, uncommon in Holland, where most boys grow up with football, that came later for me.

7 years before I was born, when my mom was 23, she raced at Zandvoort with Jan Lammers.
He later got his own backmarker F1 career and had 23 starts.

    2. JB – Johnny Carson used to do a bit with his audience where he started with row one and moving left to right asked each person his or her birthday. The object was to see how many people responded before there was a duplicate. His point was that statistically it is highly likely there will be a duplicate in very short order. As I recall, they normally hit on one before 15 people responded. (Statistics was my weakest subject in college. I do not understand why this is so.)

  3. Queen Elizabeth II was born a day after April 20, Hitler’s birthday. It’s been said that her birthday is connected to the snake in occultism. Histoically, the reigning monarch’s family was closely connected to the Nazis. Her uncle, Edward VIII, was chummy with Hitler, and her late husband and his family were close to the Nazis. Just something I want to bring up, as I find it interesting.

    1. In my opinion, the British and German intelligence services were in cahoots going all the way back to Southern Africa at the beginning of the 20th century when Germany attempted to run colonies there and took a page from the British playbook, actively trying to annihilate the Herero after watching the Brits destroy the Boer women and children through the nascent concentration camp system started at Camp Irene. (Inspired by the labor camps erected by the diamond cartels) Of course the Windsors were Saxe-Coburg after being Hanovers. One big happy family.

      1. I urge you if you have not already to read Dark Moon by Mary Bennet and David Percy. Unexpected by me, the author’s trace the early origins of cooperation between Germany and the Soviet Union and Great Britain, and eventually the US, in planning what eventually became the Apollo program, Space Shuttle, landing rovers on Mars, etc.

  4. There are more interesting events that began on this date, such as the American and French revolutionary wars in 1775 and 1792. Also, freedom of religion was granted to Jews in New Amsterdam (now New York) on April 20, 1657, about a century and a half before the above described events of the late 18th century.

“1657 – Freedom of religion is granted to the Jews of New Amsterdam (later New York City).”

“1775 – American Revolutionary War: The Siege of Boston begins, following the battles at Lexington and Concord.”

“1792 – France declares war against the “King of Hungary and Bohemia”, the beginning of the French Revolutionary Wars.”

  5. I wonder what’s your definition of spook

For what I know, some numbers are cabalistic: 6, 11/33/666, 162/216, 600000/6 million, 42 is apparently one as well
