The Boston Marathon Bombing and other practice drills “flipped live”

The spirit moves me this morning. I will describe to the best of my abilities the manner in which the hoax called the Boston Marathon bombing was pulled off. It’s futile, of course, to describe such an event to people who will refuse to believe that anything other than what they are told by authority figures can be true. After all, it was on TV. If it’s on TV and labeled as news, it’s true.

American television news owns the minds of American television viewers. It’s a parent-child relationship, the parent understanding that the mind of a child cannot grasp complex reality, and so supplying convenient mythology to satisfy curiosity. Thus is born the stork, and the Muslim terrorist.

The Boston event played something like this:

• It was a real drill meant for serious training coordinated by Homeland Security, FEMA, Boston medical response teams, local trauma centers, Boston Police and Fire Departments;
• The plan was apparently conceived by Richard Serino in 2008, and not as a mass hoax, but rather as a training event. At that time he was the Chief of Boston Emergency Services.
• Later in 2009, he was promoted to Deputy Administrator of FEMA.
• Serino can be seen that day orchestrating the casualties, even dispersing fake blood.
• The fictional attack had a written script and hired actors, among them Vince Vogt, an Afghanistan veteran who lost both legs in 2011. He would play the wounded civilian, Jeff Bauman.
• Prior to the pyrotechnic explosions of that day, the staging area was cleared of people.
• The script envisioned two young men with large backpacks leaving remote-detonation devices and shrapnel inside pressure cookers.
• The pyrotechnic bombs were noisy, and scared people, who were then encouraged by agents in the crowd to leave the area in a stampede.
• The area was sealed off, and the actors took their places. A snow fence divider can be seen intact after the “bombs” explode, but is later seen to be heavily damaged.
• Flags, banners, tables and chairs,table cloths, coffee cups and centerpieces are all undamaged in the wake of the blast.
• There is fake blood dispersed from plastic packets. It is bright red, and does not discolor as normal blood would.
• There is screaming, and Vogt is fitted with the bloody stumps by a man in a gray hooded sweatshirt, assisted by a black woman.
• Vogt lies there unattended by indifferent personnel for six minutes. Had the situation been real, he would have quickly lost consciousness, and then died.
• Participants were to treat the entire drill as real, and to respond to the actors as if they were real victims. The whole event would be filmed, and each participant evaluated.
• Later, heads of various agencies would meet and evaluate the response teams, and go over the whole drill assessing strengths and weaknesses.

However, other government agencies had other plans. The events were captured by TV cameras, and depicted as real by all media outlets. The images shown on TV that day were gruesome, and people absorbed that impression from TV and Internet images and videos, cementing it as reality in their minds.

However, it was a two-dimensional event and was not meant for close scrutiny. Actors are seen to be healthy and whole after the explosions. A buzzing hive of technicians and assistants then apply the blood, cut up the clothing and prepare them for the pictures later seen on TV. Carlos Arrendondo, later famous for wheeling the oddly alert Bauman away, can be seen milling about, indifferent to Bauman or any other injuries.

Later Bauman is, incredibly, able to finger Tamerlan Tsarnaev as the perpetrator of the bombing.

Newspaper accounts speak of scores of victims, later given as 170, even listing the hospitals that attended to them. Rumors would spread of real people whose family members were victims. People not seen at the event, like “Heather Abbott”, turn up later as recovering amputees. These will substitute for reality, as there will never be a follow-up to verify the information. At the marathon scene, cameras were confiscated, the mobile phone system went offline. It was all well-coordinated.

Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev are tried and convicted in the public eye by suggestion and repetition of images. Dzhokhar, as he is shot, can be heard screaming “I give up! Don’t shoot!” A SWAT team spokesman will say that his throat was slit, but an agent behind him will nudge him and say “Shrapnel. Shrapnel.”

It is a two-dimensional event meant for shock images shown on TV and Internet videos. Any journey into the third dimension easily reveals the hoax. But Americans are conditioned never to venture beyond the obvious, as to do so is to be a “conspiracy theorist,” an undesirable social stigma. So easily disassembled images are accepted as real, doubts set aside. The event is therefore real, and will soon be replaced by another. It was on TV. It was real.

The event, a mass casualty drill, was accepted as such by almost all of the participants. Attendants to victims were indifferent, as they knew they wounds were fake and the blood made of colored corn syrup. Vogt easily survived as he was not really wounded – that is, his wounds happened years before. Later, as participants realize that it was all presented to the public as real, they either received advice or intuitively know to shut up. After all, there were two victims – Tamerlan Tsarnaev was brutally murdered, and his brother, Dzhokhar was shot and had his throat slit. Fake or not, that part was real enough to know to STFU.

Another part of the drill, or perhaps a separate one, was a simultaneous bombing and fire at the JFK Archives. In addition, a “manhunt” took place in which the entire town of Watertown was quarantined. Residents told to stay indoors as soldiers and police entered and searched without warrants, holding innocent citizens at gunpoint. A real chase was going on elsewhere.

The JFK Archive story quickly disappeared from the news. It and the Watertown siege appear coincidental to the bombing event, so that the marathon bombing itself could have been a distraction. Nonetheless, in Watertown civil liberties and the Bill of Rights were trashed, and frightened residents accepted the criminal behavior as normal in a time when random terrorists set off bombs and kill innocent people. It was an important precedent.

Events like this involve a lot of people, but most of them don’t know what is happening. Throughout the country civil defense, military and emergency response units are routinely drilled. Scripts are written, victims painted up as real. In Boston, marathon participants were repeatedly assured that a drill was in progress as guards stood on rooftops, bomb-sniffing dogs were all about, the medical tents expanded to enormous size to accommodate the mass casualty “victims.” “Crisis Actors,” a real outfit, often supplies fake victims, out-of-work actors and people in search of additional income.

The “practice drill” is a normal occurrence, as real disasters don’t happen often enough to keep people sharp. As such, they have been adopted by our shadowy intelligence agencies as conduits through which to run real events. They are “flipped live.” Investigators have identified as many as seventeen drills in progress on 9/11 serving various purposes. FEMA was in New York for a mass casualty drill, NORAD was participating in a airline hijacking drill with blips on screens flying into the Twin Towers. Air traffic controllers that day did not know which blips on their screen were real, which fake, as they knew that drills were going on. Hired actors made real phone calls, not from airliners, but rather from undisclosed locations. Fighter aircraft squadrons were far away from their normal locations, and so unable to respond.

Most importantly, a “Continuity of Government” drill was going on. In COG drill, high officials and support personnel have assigned tasks, to get to bunkers, get on military aircraft, and keep the government running. One predetermined location is Offutt Air Force base in Omaha, Nebraska, the headquarters of USSTRATCOM, or Strategic Defense Command, the beating heart of the military in an attack. On 9/11, President Bush arrived there after a long flight on Air Force One, which had to fly at low altitude to avoid radar and so needed a refueling stop in Louisiana before a later delivery of the president to Offutt. (Planes flying at low altitude encounter high air resistance and so use large amounts of fuel quickly.)

Two other days that hosted such drills: 11/22/63 and 3/30/81.

9/11 was a coup d’etat, and Bush and the executive branch would surrender that evening, agreeing to repeat the 19-Arab-hijacker story for public consumption. A shadow government, or “deep state” had spoken, had nuclear launch codes, and Bush realized he was expendable. He had no choice if he did not want to be JFK’d.

But events since that time, especially since the “death” of Osama bin Laden, are smaller in scope and appear to be for other purposes. What are those purposes?

One can only guess – by observing the obvious effects, but also the larger psychological conditioning that results from mass trauma.
