I can’t believe Pocahontas didn’t make the list. It came out while I was doing some student teaching, and the headache has lasted ever since.

I thought the list was good, but it was an odd decision to include “2001: A Space Odyssey.” Technically, it wasn’t a “historical film,” which by definition is based on past events. It was a sci-fi movie that predicted the future.

They should have called it “Ten Films that Make Liberals Faint” because eight out of the ten are heroic, violent, or warlike.
