There he goes again

This is futile, I know, as Dr. Mark Johnson and Governor Jared Polis are just actors, and following orders from above. I find Polis to be especially offensive, appearing in public as he does behind a mask, a man of so little dignity that he is willing to carry out any order coming down without any thought or conscience. He makes me want to puke. Johnson, on the other hand, has the benefit of a medical degree, meaning he really believes in viruses. At least we can forgive him his brainwashed state. Some might object to my reference to “3/11” in Johnson letter, but I am convinced that there is a prerequisite to holding any high office in our world, and that is to be a member of the elite by some sort of order, maybe masonic, but I do not know. The head of the public health department in a county of almost 600,000 people surely does not land there by accident. He has been vetted. My reference in the Johnson letter to abuse and fraud against the citizens of this county is quite deliberate, as a lawsuit is in order. Of course, that would have to go before a court whose members have also been vetted. C‘est la vie.

Governor Jared Polls
200 East Colfax
Denver, CO  80203

Dear Sir:

On November 1, 2020, I submitted to your office a Freedom of Information Request. You received it on November 4, giving me a return receipt. Under Colorado Open Records Law §24-72-201 et seq, you had three days to respond. It has now been 19 days, and your office is silent.

These are lawless times. Governor Gretchen Whitmer of Michigan was ordered by that state’s Supreme Court to end her declaration of emergency, finding the emergency to have legally ended on April 30. She simply ignored the court, claiming without substance that she had an additional 21 days to work her magic.

Such arrogance is offensive, but so normal these days, as is your simply ignoring my FOIA request. I suppose if I get an order for you to comply with the law from District Court, you’ll ignore that too? After all, orders from your office have already superseded the 1st (right to assemble), 4th (privacy) and 9th (travel) Amendments to the US Constitution, Amendments that delineate rights that are inalienable. I guess they are not.

Please respond to my FOIA. It’s amazing to me that your office does not obey the law, suspends the United States Constitution, does not answer mail, or even answer its phone.

Sincerely,

Dear Dr. Johnson:

I have learned a bit about the FOIA process from others who have made similar requests in other places. I have simplified the request. If the science you operate on is settled, a response should be a five-minute task. But it also depends on your response to the following: WHO declared a world-wide pandemic on 3/11 of this year. Because of that date, I intuitively knew it was a large hoax. I had no idea, of course, how large, and was astonished at the power that unveiled at that time, the fabled iron fist under the velvet glove. Democratic governance was apparently an illusion.

If you understand, as I do, the significance of that date, then you would be required to be silent on the matter. So, I cannot discern your level of knowledge. However, I operate on the assumption that you are an honest man in a position of authority due to your intelligence and achievements, and that you are engaged in what you view to be public service-oriented work. I do not write this letter to disrespect you.

My FOIA requests are simple, and the real answers I am looking for are that you are not aware of any actual science behind edicts you implement, that you just follow orders.

I include the following articles of significance unrelated to the FOIA:

1) A large and well-run Danish study from April and May of 2020 showing no difference in outcomes for people wearing face masks or not.
2) A March 2020 study from the Chinese Journal of Epidemiology (since censored – I was lucky to get a copy before it was removed from public view) showing that the PCR machine used in testing for SARS-CoV-2 yields false positive results in asymptomatic people to the tune of 80.33%. In other words, the test is meaningless.
3) An 11/11/2020 Portuguese appeals court ruling that all quarantines based on RT-PCR technology are null and void and cannot be enforced. The court in the case granted a writ of habeas corpus to four German nationals who were interred because one of them tested positive. The court was critical of the science behind use of PCR, citing correspondence published in Oxford Academic from Rita Jaafar, et al. The court also took note of the absence of a “gold standard” in research done on SARS-CoV-2.
4) Correspondence from Rita Jaafar, et al published in Oxford Academic, and cited by the court above, showing that alleged accuracy of RT-PCR tests drops off steeply at 25 amplifications, to 70%, and is at 30 amplifications only 20% reliable. At 35 amps, Accuracy is only 3%. Labs doing testing (I am aware that Jefferson County does not do PCR tests) are not forthcoming about the number of amps they use, but I have heard tale that as many as 40 amplifications are in use in some places. (Note that the Portuguese court of appeals cited absence of evidence of the number of amplifications as reason to void quarantines.)

I suggest, Doctor, that you cannot un-know what is presented to you above, and that your suspicions should be ignited regarding the harsh measures your office is inflicting on citizens of Jeffco (under order from above, I realize). This information will also make its way to the governor. If the above information is reliable, and I believe it is, then I suggest that carrying forward with harsh measures is both abusive and fraudulent against the citizens of Colorado.

Of course, a Portuguese court holds no sway in our country, but habeas corpus is universal, and the information presented here is scientifically based.

Sincerely,

(Attached: FOIA Request)

Dear Dr. Johnson,

Under the Colorado Open Records Law § 24-72-201 et seq., I am requesting an opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of public records that are in the possession, custody, or control of the Jefferson County Health Department. I am asking for “scientific evidence,” meaning studies and experiments done in a rigorous manner with use of control groups and other methods to assure objective results.
1. Scientific evidence of the existence of the SARS-COV-2 virus, said to cause “Covid-19.” This would be rigorous testing, centrifuge, purification, and filtering resulting in a “gold standard,” or a virus by itself and not mixed with other matter. This would be the work of virologists done satisfying the rigor of Rivers’ Postulates (a restatement of Koch’s Postulates as applied to viral disease). If no such evidence exists, that is my answer.
2. Evidence or legal advice you have used regarding the setting aside of the First Amendment to the US Constitution (freedom to assemble), the 4th Amendment (privacy), and the 9th amendment (travel). This would be a written legal advice or opinion that arbitrary edicts can set aside inalienable constitutional rights. If no such law or advice exists, that is my answer.
3. Your scientific evidence that the polymerase chain reaction machine (PCR), is in fact useful and accurate for that purpose. If no such evidence exists, that is my answer.
4. Your scientific evidence that the PCR machine, whose inventor, Nobel Laureate Dr. Kary Mullis], said was not useful even in its intended purpose when amplifications exceed 30, is in fact accurate and reliable when that number is exceeded. If no such evidence exists, that is my answer.
5. Your scientific evidence that “testing positive” for SARS-CoV-2 using the machine described in items 3 and 4 above, reliability of results aside, is equivalent to having a disease. What proof do you possess of “asymptomatic carriers”? If no such evidence exists, that is my answer.

Your office has inflicted extraordinary, burdensome, financially, and physically harmful measures on the citizens of Jefferson County. Recent regulations effectively closing restaurants ring like a death knell. Unemployment is increased, as are suicides and alcohol consumption. Beggars now occupy most street corners. Senior citizens are locked up and prevented from seeing their immediate families. This is all cruel and unusual. The late Dr. Carl Sagan reminded us that extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. You have made extraordinary demands on us. Please provide your extraordinary evidence justifying those demands. If you cannot provide evidence, that too is an answer I am seeking. So state that fact and we will be done.

If there are any fees for searching or copying these records, please inform me if the cost will exceed $50. However, I would also like to request a waiver of all fees in that the disclosure of the requested information is in the public interest and will contribute significantly to the public’s understanding of the supposed pandemic and the official response to it. This information is not being sought for commercial purposes.

The statute requires a response to this request within three days following receipt of this letter. That seems unreasonable, so I would accept a longer period, but not more than 14 days. I can be reached at mark@mpthct.com. I will accept only a written response.

If you deny any or all of this request, please cite in writing each specific exemption you feel justifies the refusal to release the information and notify me of the appeal procedures available to me under the law.

Thank you for considering my request.

Sincerely,

Before you say that I am tilting at windmills, in my defense I say I am tilting at windmills, but so what? “These are times that try men’s souls,” said Tom Paine. I cannot reach out to ordinary people, even family members, as they are so deeply brainwashed by this fantastic psyop that I conclude they can no longer think rationally. I look about me while out and about and see people in face diapers even when driving alone or hiking in the woods. Human potential is unlimited, but has been deliberately crushed by the amazing propaganda machine we call news and education.

Has there ever been a serious and systematic effort to develop human beings into their best selves? Has humanity always been regarded as an enemy to be controlled and managed?

  1. Good stuff Mark. Commendations for your pointed requests, which took time and emotional drive to put to paper. We are all reduced to “tilting at windmills”, but it seems that speaking to power is all we have, and you’re doing it here.

One voice joined by another, and….?
