(This is another post about Climate Change, aka Global Warming that is not happening, with links to two sources, aka “evidence”.)
I have come to understand that propaganda techniques have not changed over time. I was barely cognizant in the 1950s, and yet when in grade school knew there was a man named Joseph McCarthy, and that he claimed that President Eisenhower (by that time out of office) was a communist, along with many other politicians and people like Hollywood screenwriters. How could I not be aware, even if just a deeply deluded child? The McCarthy movement had deceit as its central purpose, and Joe was just an actor. Here’s how it was run:
It was all over the media. It was on TV, both news about and the hearings themselves. It was all over radio, newspapers, and in movie newsreels.
All the cacophony of voices said the same thing, that McCarthy was crazy and wrong. There was constant yelling.
It was incessant, that is, we could not escape it. As with Watergate, another propaganda operation, we just wanted it to end.
Its intended effect was the opposite of its apparent effect. It divided the public, and those who supported McCarthy were convinced by the tone of opposition to him that he was on the right path.
It cemented in everyone’s mind that there really was a subversive force called Communism.

Addendum (added August 5, 2021, shortly after posting): I was able to locate the original video I had intended to link. Thus, when reading my essay, please adjust accordingly, and take a glance at some of the comments below the video. Following is one comment that stood out, in particular, given the topic of this essay: “These people are defying gravity, physics and biology.” Others observed and noted the same. It seems this You Tuber, “kimgary,” has been posting footage of Kensington repeatedly for the past eight months.
Not much these days leaves me stunned and speechless. However, watching this video (see note above) of Kensington (in Philadelphia) felt so dark and raw to me. It certainly does not portray the sweet side of life, and while it may not be daunting to some, this footage is very personal to me.
My all-time favorite pizza joint is in the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia. Unfortunately, though, my memory of Kensington is of my dear grandfather (“Poppy”), who was brutally beaten many years ago with a baseball bat by two troubled individuals who were attempting to steal his car. He was left on the ground with both knees bashed and unable to walk.
Viewing this intimate peak (albeit a bit long, redundant, and probably distressing for many), into Kensington’s current reality has not improved my outlook. It seems it’s notalways sunny in Philadelphia. So, yes, it’s personal. It’s also personal because I have family members who are addicted to legalized opioids (not street drugs), which has only led them deeper into pain.
When I watch this footage, what is glaring to me — aside from the dullness, litter, and waste, and the tragedy of strident dehumanization and devolution of society — is how flat and non-upright these barely living bodies are. Most are hunched over and leaning on nearby objects (more apparent in the original video I had intended to feature). It seems their bodies are physically and energetically incapable of supporting them. This looks a lot to me, not only like brain damage (likely from consistent abuse of street drugs), but also severe vagus nerve deterioration.
Did you know that graphene-based bioelectronics can be used to selectively modulate the vagus nerve? Can readers perceive how this advanced technology could be weaponized in certain circumstances – even potentially used for experimentation on specific populations? Clearly, the technological prowess is available, as revealed by Merck and Innervia Bioelectronics. I referenced Innervia’s parent company, INBRAIN Neurolectronics, in my June 12, 2021 post, “Free Wally: Tracing the Spike Protein Drama to a Llama.” Hypothetically, if illicit drugs were doped with graphene oxide, can you imagine the (dual-use) potential for such an application? This post, I hope when it is done, will qualify as a rant. In my life I have traveled in most circles, from conservative Republican (birth family) to liberal Democrat (the bounce – once I realized that conservative Republicans had it wrong, I assumed liberal Democrats had it right – you might say I was stupid), to Naderite Green and back to “conservative” without the R. On that journey the worst and most thoroughly annoying people I have met are liberal Democrats. Their brains have been shrink-wrapped and function without adequate oxygen. Let me give an example:
Steve Kelly and I had a chance to get together for dinner with our families this past week. We were in the area, staying at Chico Hot Springs, so Steve and company came over from Bozeman to join us. It was a wide-ranging two-plus hour affair, the wait staff too polite to remind us to move to a different venue. We discussed many things. One of them was Stephers, from our perspective, extremely bright, young and diligent. Her posts are bringing in a new audience, something I think of as a “happy problem.” Something else I’ve noticed, her posts have a much longer shelf life than mine.
I cannot write for that audience. As I told Steve, new feet do tend to step on old hands. He and I are the same age, and each bring a different perspective to this blog.

Over 100 homes have been destroyed, a reminder not to build in the forest interface, says the guy living in the forest interface. Evacuations are ongoing or people are in “pre-evac status,” sitting on pins and needles. Just a few thoughts, if I may:
A short while back I learned from a Climate Change website I frequent, WattsUpWithThat, run by meteorologist Anthony Watts, that since 1980 the earth had experienced a 14% increase in greening effects, caused mostly by increased CO2 in the atmosphere. Eureka!, I thought. Of course. That’s the reason for the Climate Change hoax and demonization of CO2 – more greening leads to more food to more people. Climate Change, like Covid-19, is backed by eugenicists.
First, let me address an annoying topic in this (hopefully) short post: If you are a believer in warming and climate change and all of that, how can you be so dense? Look around, look at statistics (that have not been altered by EPA), and see that yes, while a little warming has been going on since the bottom of the Little Ice Age in the late 1600s, it only benefits us. We tend to thrive in warmth, perish in cold. Warming periods such as the Minoan, Roman, Medieval and now Modern eras saw great advances in civilization. Greenland ice cores show that there is no correlation between CO2 levels and temperature. But my real question for you is this: How can you stick your head out the window, see that nothing is changing, and still think everything is changing? You make no sense! You are purely a product of the power of suggestion. Every doom and gloom prediction coming out of junk science produced by climate alarmists is just that: A prediction. According to noted climatologist and all around really smart dude Prince Charles, it was all to be over for us in 2017. When that didn’t happen, the cretin merely changed the Doomsday date. If you think Climate Change is real, I want your photo to place aside Chuck’s in the hall of deceit and stupidity. (I deliberately searched for goofy pictures of Chuck. I was offered a wide selection.)
Anyway, final notice if you are a true believer: Smarten up.
This is not new to me or anyone who has followed the “climate change” hoax. Due to increased levels of CO2 in the atmosphere, the planet is [not getting warmer, but rather] greening. Better yet, we are producing more food.
I follow a website called Watts Up With That, self-proclaimed as the world’s most viewed site on global warming and climate change. Anthony Watts is a weatherman, as we used to call them, now formally known as meteorologists. His website is lively and fun, generally offering up ten or more new posts per day. Last I checked, it had accumulated 440,845,347 hits in its lifetime. That kind of traffic makes POM seem like a wart on an elephant.
Most recently, curious about what had transpired in Texas, I went to WUWT to see what Anthony had posted. I came across A Closer Look at What Happened in Texas During the Deep Freeze, a very long and complex piece by Chris Martz, whose blog is his namesake, and which is tagged “Weather and climate for the curious and open-minded.” He is described as an “aspiring meteorologist.” To keep it simple (for my sake!), I am going to focus on two things, how so much cold air made its way to Texas, and what happened and why.
It has been noted here and at other places that the goals and objectives of the Climate Change hoaxers were identical to that of Covid-19, an anti-humanity bushel basket full of lies and scaremongering. One thing absent from the Climate Change workbook, as with Covid-19, is actual current science. It is all based on wild and wacky predictions about the future, with nothing in the present to bear out those predictions. As with Covid, it is all junk.
The above video is mercifully short, only six minutes, and lists ten predictions made by climate “scientists” for the year 2020. If you don’t want to watch it, read about those predictions versus reality beneath the fold.
