It’s been a while since POM visited the Freddy Mercury/Queen mystery. There were some comments that wondered if the whole thing wasn’t some “project.” I don’t know, but I do find it a bit unusual to find this in the 2020 offerings at The Royal Mint. All those British bands, and this it the only one with its own minted (official) coin. I’m sure there’s a perfectly reasonable explanation, yet it eludes me. Might need help with this one.
I while back I was emailing back and forth with a lady who lives in Cody, Wyoming, business related, and mentioned to her that on a trip to Yellowstone National Park last June our grandson (then age 12) wanted to see a dam. We drove by Boysen Reservoir, and when we got to the head the boy was disappointed that it was an earth-fill dam. Meh. So I made it a point on the way home to make a right turn in Cody and head up the highway to Buffalo Bill Dam, a real one. There was so much snow in the mountains last year that during the winter they had drained the reservoir so that it would not overflow. Even so, last June both floodgates were wide open and an amazing torrent of water was entering the Shoshone River down below.
When this blog was redesigned I had a search engine installed. It works very quickly and very well. You can search for a name or a post title, or even just a word, and it returns quick results. I use it quite often to find older posts.
This year the combination of solstice, Christmas and New Year pushed the limits of our quiet and peace here on the West bench of the Bridger Mountain Range, Montana. Beloved house guests stayed a few days too long. Then a second wave came rather unexpectedly to replace the first bunch. Cooking for a group, instead of the usual two. Remaining courteous. Deferring, for whatever idiotic reason. It’s all part of the game, I suppose. Too much of a good thing.
Well, as one can hardly avoid all media when guests are in the house, there will be blood. We have right-wingers and left-wingers, and everything in between. One story that broke really frayed the edges of civility — the “White Helmets” and Syrian (Assad) “gassing civilians.”

Media works. Propaganda works. Lies, lies, lies. We will survive. Plan B next year. I want to thank PBS (scum) for pulling back the curtain to expose the reality of life in America. As they say, “bettter luck next time.”
I did some research into the matter of Bill Cosby and his alleged drug-induced rapes in an earlier post, and thought the whole matter to be a hoax, though Cosby’s participation left me scratching my head. Recently Miles Mathis added a twist, suggesting that perhaps Cosby is deep in dementia, and so had no clue what was going on around him. That has legs, in my view.
Rape is a serious crime. Drugging someone without their knowledge is considered assault. Drugging someone to have sex is considered both aggravated assault and rape, and should result in a serious prison sentence, as much as thirty years plus ten, or forty per offense.
At the end of this post is a list of women who were assaulted, drugged, and of whom 26** were raped by Bill Cosby. Only three of sixty cases were reported to police, none involving rape, including that of Andrea Costand, which recently resulted in Cosby’s conviction. That case could result in three ten-year sentences for Cosby. He is currently age 80.
Tony Cartalucci has just published a gem worth a look. Social media giant, Facebook, is the visible leader (face) in a crypto-currency revolution that has the capability to combine information control and financial control in one neat little package.
“Imagine Facebook carrying out a similar campaign to their current one of political censorship, but with an added monetary component – not only removing the West’s political opponents from their social media network and effectively silencing them, but crippling them financially by freezing their accounts and denying them access to the massive digital global economy they hope to create and control through Libra.”
Oxygen is the third most abundant element in the universe, behind hydrogen and helium, it is one of the most important and abundant elements on Earth.
Molecular oxygen O₂ is produced from water by cyanobacteria, algae, and plants during photosynthesis and is part of cellular respiration for all living organisms. Green algae and cyanobacteria in marine environments produce ~70% of the free oxygen produced on Earth and the rest is produced by terrestrial plants. …
