Remembering the Lee Metcalf Wilderness trade-off (Jack Creek road) and Gallatin I and Gallatin II land exchanges, which I opposed, with only a handful of like-minded souls who could see the disaster (Big Sky/Yellowstone Club et al.) long before it materialized. I cannot figure out what the Crow nation sees in this by accepting anything less than original, absolute title to their sacred land. My .02, off the top of my head.

Forest Service seeks comments on Crazy Mountains land exchange proposal
The public now has the opportunity to weigh in on a proposed land exchange that’s been brewing for four years on the east side of the Crazy Mountains, an idea first formulated by a group that includes area landowners.
The agreement would exchange 4,135 acres (10 parcels) of forest lands for 6,430 acres of private lands (11 parcels), owned by six private property owners in the Crazy Mountains and near the Inspiration Divide Trail in Big Sky. The land near Big Sky is sought by the Yellowstone Club, a private community of multi-millionaires.

Plight of the Commons
“By the law of nature these things are common to all mankind, the air, running water, the sea and consequently the shores of the sea,” proclaimed the Roman Emperor Justinian. Justinian’s code, the original protection of the public trust, or commons, become the law of the land in 528 A.D. Over the centuries that have followed this precept has become widely known as the Public Trust Doctrine.
Today, the commons face unprecedented new threats from an American 21st Century Emperor and the expansion of so-called neo-conservatism, or privatization. From a neo-conservative perspective, laissez-faire individualism and free-market (corporate) economics, the conceptual building blocks of a bold return to medieval feudalism, offer efficiency, smaller-sized government, and greater individual choice. Public tradeoffs or costs (public losses) are seldom discussed.

Pluto and the Palindromes . . . Sort of sounds like it could be the catchy name of a 1950s rock-n-roll band . . . It does have a ring of retro music to it. For readers who may have landed upon this post to hear some rockin’ music, or to read a reminiscent diatribe on “oldies,” I will disappoint. However, for readers who have an interest in palindromes (and time inversion), please stick around . . . Hey, who doesn’t love palindromes?
Herein, I present how the timing of events matters to the mechanized Machine. At this moment in time — in order to gain clarity amidst perceived chaos — it may be less helpful to explore the “who, what, when, where, why, and how” involved in the most recent reported events (as well as the obvious question, qui bono?); but instead, ask a potentially more informative question,“why now?”
Why now?
Whether we believe in astronomy, astrology, or numerology does not really matter. Whomever — or whatever — comprises the predatory dominating system on this planet will still continue to operate within these esoteric territories . . . as they believe in these constructs. I think this is a crucial distinction.
So let’s peer retroactively behind the occulted curtain. In a sense, we are going backwards — rewinding in time. I suppose we could say this exercise in hindsight is not 20/20, but rather, so 2022. That said, I would much prefer to have a heads up prior to orchestrated events, but I am no fan of (nor believer in) prophecy, nor do I have access to advanced time-altering devices (keep reading). Thus, hindsight remains in play for now.
Given that all the airwaves have been buzzing about shelling in Ukraine, I thought I may raise some esoteric considerations, most of which are not on the radar. Meeting in the shadows of the COP26 gathering in Glasgow, Scotland, the captains of private finance laid out their plans to restructure the global financial system. For months, I’ve been waiting for the banks and financial institutions to make their move. The plan is to reconfigure the role and scope of global and regional financial institutions, including the World Bank and IMF.
The officially cover story presents this massive transformation as a unified transition to a global (carbon) “net zero” economy. This new arrangement will totally change “global financial governance.” By further weakening national sovereignty by forcing nation states to follow new rules that favor wealthy of alliance members for their benefit under the guise of promoting fake United Nations “sustainability goals.” We have already seen this power-grab progression expressed in the global lockdowns, surveillance systems development via the 5G/6G rollout in “Smart Cities” around the world. That was the appetizer. This is the entrée.
Whitney Webb has written a very comprehensive analysis of the meeting, the plan, and its implications for all living things on this little planet of ours.
“This alliance, called the Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero (GFANZ), was launched in April by John Kerry, US Special Presidential Envoy for Climate Change; Janet Yellen, US Secretary of the Treasury and former chair of the Federal Reserve; and Mark Carney, UN Special Envoy for Climate Action and Finance and former chair of the Bank of England and Bank of Canada. Carney, who is also the UK prime minister’s Finance Advisor for the COP26 conference, currently cochairs the alliance with US billionaire and former mayor of New York City, Michael Bloomberg.
“Though GFANZ has cloaked itself in lofty rhetoric of “saving the planet,” its plans ultimately amount to a corporate-led coup that will make the global financial system even more corrupt and predatory and further reduce the sovereignty of national governments in the developing world.” Id.
It’s been a long wait. I was a plaintiff in this lawsuit to strike down Montana’s unconstitutional election laws.
On November 8, the Federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals issued an Opinion in Montana Green Partyv Jacobsen, 20-35340. It struck down the unequal signature distribution requirement that has existed for Montana petitions for new party recognition ever since 1981. The unequal distribution requirement was responsible for the Green Party’s petition failure in both 2018 and 2020. The three Judge panel rendered an opinion written by Judge Fletcher, which held that the case was not moot because of the change in the law, found that the District Court was correct on the First Amendment claim, but reversed the District Court as to the 14th Amendment claim as to the Equal Protection violation in regard to the discriminatory signature requirements in the State House districts. https://cdn.ca9.uscourts.gov/datastore/opinions/2021/11/08/20-35340.pdf
The original dispute was a result of the removal of all the Montana Green Party’s candidates from the general election ballot in 2018 by the Montana Supreme Court. The Supremes upheld the District Court’s Opinion, which removed Greens from the 2018 ballot over a small number of “irregular” signatures in several voting districts. The Democratic Party filed suit to protect Senator Tester from my U.S. Senate campaign as a Green Party candidate. After signatures had all been “certified,” and I had won the Primary election to become the Green Party’s nominee, Democrats filed a lawsuit to eliminate any competition from a “real left” challenge. Way back in January, 2019 I wrote a piece right here at POM on the lawsuit, and its possible implications. I was wrong about 2020. The Green Party and its candidates were again removed from the competition. Yesterday, Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) reintroduced our 23-million acre, 5-state ecosystem bill, the Northern Rockies Ecosystem Protection Act (S.1276) in the U.S. Senate (117th congress). First introduced in 1992 by Rep. Peter Kostmayer (D-PA), this legislation is the first of its kind to take a “beyond borders” (ecosystem) approach to public lands protection. Based on John and Frank Craighead’s work in Yellowstone National Park, primarily studying grizzly bears, we have tried to incorporate the most valuable fish and wildlife habitat in the “Wild Rockies bioregion” into legislative form to protect what’s left of “untrammeled nature” in the Lower 48.
Of course, not a single senator from the West signed on. But then again, not a single southern senator signed onto the Civil Rights Act. The (abusive) powers that be control the bills that pass through congress, lubed with big bags of money delivered by K Street lobbyists, so we’re not expecting passage in this congress. But what is life without vision?
Is anyone still waiting for the end of all this global, digital flim-flam? Like perpetual (conventional) warfare, the ruling class can never quit inventing new methods to control the masses and snatching up an ever greater percentage wealth and natural resources (including “human capital” i.e. slaves). Psychopaths and sociopaths need someone else to blame for their own failings. But who is left to call an external enemy when the entire world is now controlled by one, unified power alliance? The so-called terrorists of the late 20th Century aren’t scaring anyone, and it’s pretty well known that they’re our terrorists, funded via our allies (Israel, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates etc.) in the Middle East.

Propaganda can no longer serve as a unifying tool to rally the commoners behind their great ruler (hero) and transport the masses to a parallel universe where all agree on common purpose, shared history and a willingness to work toward a future vision which promises a new, “Golden Age.” Instead, evidence of multiple grave crises afflicting the system surround us. The advanced state of Empire’s decomposition (rotting from the head down) caused by malevolent and incompetent leadership is now self-evident.
There is innate wisdom in Nature that sings and dances to the infinite rhythm of the Universe. Aligning with this sacred pattern of movement and growth returns us to balance and harmony. As we emulate Nature, we amplify our true Selves.

Here’s a stream of consciousness, as I reflect on these trying times, and ponder what is to come as we enter 2021 . . .
As a full-time mom, wife, and homesteader, I don’t have much time to work in other capabilities — including wellness consulting and empowerment coaching. As a part-time writer and member here at POM, today I am sharing in a capacity that encompasses many of the hats I wear — as a dedicated mom, healer, coach, researcher, and budding blogger.
For the past 10 years or so, I have been compelled to observe the knowing (and unknowing) minions of a hyper-militarized and hyper-occulted ruling system. Parallel to this “investigation,” I have explored modes of resisting and combatting this octupus-like network. I have continually fallen short. However, in my personal life, I have developed a self-empowerment tool (see Exhibit A) incorporating multiple forms of energy expressions in this sphere of life we inhabit and navigate. The method I created has enabled me to overcome personal life obstacles, even those which seemed unnavigable, and treading into what some may perceive as “evildoings” by “evildoers.” Regardless of whether these experiences were placed in my path for spiritual growth or to distract me from spiritual growth, one thing I have noticed is that when I apply this technique — an alchemical method of transformation and transmutation — rather than my previous default of resistance, I achieve a better result.
The Federal Reserve has been busy during the manufactured chaos. Inching ever closer to the implementation phase is the Federal Reserve’s most recent invention, FedNow, a proposed program/system of instant payments and digital dollars.
“The rationale for the system is two-fold: The Fed sees the current ACH (automatic clearing house) payment system used by banks as too slow and limited. Payments need to be instantaneous and there must be a way to reach unbanked households, the roughly 9 million U.S. households without a bank account. In the current system, stimulus payments couldn’t reach these households quickly.
The solution is a new payment system in which every household and business in the nation would have an account at FedNow, so the Fed can transfer funds directly and instantaneously into every household account (and presumably every business that the Fed has chosen to fund).
The second part of FedNow is the creation of a digital dollar which is just like the existing dollar with one tiny little difference: unlike cash (for example, a $20 bill), the digital dollars won’t be anonymous. Each newly created digital dollar will be trackable.” – Id.
How’s that for casting a wide net? Avoid the current (too slow) ACH payment system, and simultaneously force everyone into a trackable, digital dollar system that eliminates anonymity.
Everyone and everything (denominated in trackable dollars) loses anonymity — for you and me and everything in the natural world in one fell swoop. Evil genius! Many thanks to Charles for bringing us all the “good news.”
