This video came to mind as I saw all the news readers out there pushing the Coronavirus hoax. They are not scholars. They are not “journalists,” if that word has meaning. They are hired because they are good looking and seem trustworthy and can be taught to read a teleprompter. Example follows, well known, but worth another look.

The above quote came to mind as I looked about me seeing the stampede that Coronavirus has become. It reminded me of another quote:
“The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by an endless series of hobgoblins, most of them imaginary.” (HL Mencken)
That in mind, the virus should be renamed “hobgoblinvirus.”
I am writing this post to link to AB over at Fakeologist, who has been doing really good work on this hoax. I am not going to reinvent the wheel, just comment briefly on what he has brought us so far.
David Robert Grimes Undermines Conspiracists, Poorly
A few years ago, media outlets started playing up a supposedly scientific study which claimed that conspiracies were basically impossible in the long run. Take a look here. The study is called “On the Viability of Conspiratorial Beliefs” by David Robert Grimes. This was supposed to misdirect the average person from the idea that there really could be conspiracies out there, because they would collapse under their own weight. The media approach was to display this paper as scientific evidence that there just couldn’t be real conspiracies. This is science, you guys! He used a real mathematical formula! All conspiracies are hereby debunked.
In reality, the flaws in this study are so glaringly obvious that a 3rd grader in a science fair would have immediately identified them. The underlying assumptions behind this paper are so deeply flawed that it belongs in the nearest trash can. If I had a printed copy, I would not even deign to use it for toilet paper. Alphabetic nonsense
The above photo is the final of a girls’ 55 meter dash at Bloomfield High School in Connecticut. The two people finishing first and second are Terry Miller (second from left) and Andraya Yearwood, far left. They both have (or had) penises. Their bodies are obviously those of male athletes. The three who finished after them on the right are obviously girls. Boys are generally better athletes than girls.
Three youths with vaginas and their families have initiated a lawsuit in federal court to prevent boys who think they are girls from competing in events that should be restricted to girls. Says Yearwood,
“I have known two things for most of my life: I am a girl and I love to run. There is no shortage of discrimination that I face as a young Black woman who is transgender. I have to wake up every day in a world where people who look like me face so many scary and unfair things. I am lucky to live in a state that protects my rights and to have a family that supports me. This is what keeps me going.”
Reminder: American Elections are Fraudulent
Just a quick tidbit for readers here about the American Super Tuesday elections held last night (also, a reminder to check out Mark’s excellent piece from yesterday on Bill Maher). An unbelievable thing happened yesterday in the American Super Tuesday primary elections, and as always…the American public is asleep at the wheel. What happened, do you ask? Well it turns out, somehow the betting markets became aware that Joe Biden was going to sweep Super Tuesday BEFORE ANY RESULTS WERE REPORTED. You heard that right. The betting market became aware of Biden’s huge night before Biden’s huge night actually occurred. The uptick in Biden’s odds was extremely sharp and sudden, which only happens based on game-changing information, yet there was no such information on the surface. This kind of activity, sudden and precipitous and immediately preceding the event itself, does not happen unless the fix is known to be in.
In a country with legitimately free and fair elections and media, this would immediately be reported as a scandal. Of course, that is not what is actually going to happen. The media will keep their eyes wide shut.

A word to the wise … commenting, enough of the negative energy
I am not going to name names here, as you know who you are. Well, I will name one, Dick Mustard Q, who is Gaia [Gaia denies this, meaning we have a new psychopath onboard], and who is gone. But for the others, you are being much too confrontational and “right all the time.” This doesn’t bother me personally, as I am “Administrator” and offensive comments never see light of day with me. But other writers are “editors” and have to endure a slot of shit before they finally complain to me and I ban the source of the nonsense.

Killing Yellowstone’s Charismatic Megafauna
Yellowstone National Park and its surrounding landscape is one of the most inhospitable locations in the Lower 48. Life for large mammals is particularly challenging given the frigid temperatures, deep snow and long winters. Summer is short and can be equally dangerous for the living due to wildfires, drought, and millions of tourists all trying to get that perfect “refrigerator shot” of a bison, grizzly, elk or some other wild critter wishing only to be left alone.
Since moving to Bozeman, Montana in 1986, I have had the privilege of working with some dedicated individuals and grassroots groups, all trying to protect nature (God’s country) in this amazing ecosystem. This running battle with the State of Montana, various federal agencies (National Park Service, U.S. Forest Service-USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service-USDA (APHIS), U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and a host of elite local and national NGOs that suck on an average day/year knows no end, and seems to have no bounds. And it seems to be getting worse, not better.

I provided my theory then, that our moon was originally one of the moons of Jupiter, placed here with Earth…and I wanted to more formally expand upon that here. Coronavirus is an opportunity for investors
I generally have no time for TV “doctors” who go by their first name, Dr. Phil, for instance, a total fraud, and here, Dr. Drew. So I listened reluctantly and then with pleasant surprise as he told the members of a TV panel that the press needs to shut up about Cornonavirus. It’s a mild respiratory infection that has probably infected hundreds of thousands of us. Thanks to people like Michael Crichton and Stephen King, we are always on the lookout for a pandemic that is going to kill half of us.
